Tasks
Overview: The Client Success Associate will support the Client Success team in enhancing client satisfaction and retention. This role involves assisting with client onboarding, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, upload, and maintain content for assigned accounts, ensuring all assets and canvases are current.
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and follow-backs.
- Collaborate with the Success Manager and the Creative Team to tailor strategies to individual client needs.
- Provide real-time feedback and expert insights on account-specific details.
- Prepare reports for performance metrics for assigned accounts.
- Share actionable recommendations with management to optimize both internal and external success.
- Assist the Success Manager with client communication during off-hours, ensuring updates and tasks are followed through by the chat team.
- Partner with the Success Manager to maintain up-to-date systems and processes that support client success.
Requirements
- Experience in client success, account management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on supporting creators.
- Experience in customer service, client support, or account management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with content creation platforms and trends is a plus.
