Client Relationship Leader - Key Account Manager / Accounting & Tax Services

Auxadi is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in our offices in Madrid.

Role:

1. Management of Multicountry Projects for multinational clients in different countries, monitoring service quality and customer satisfaction as key KPIs, as well as profitability, collection follow-up and optimal levels of automation in implemented processes and technologies.
2. Business Development participating in marketing activities and proposal development and negotiation.

Profile:

1. Degree in Business/Accounting/Tax
2. Experience in international accounting firms serving international clients. Alternatively, experience in accounting departments managing international accounting/tax projects.
3. Interest in growing professionally managing projects, international teams, and business development.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting reporting and consolidation.
5. Ability to provide customer service with accurate deadlines.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Organised, proactive, flexible, multitask, autonomous, and enthusiastic person.
8. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, data management), processes, and accounting technology (Business Central if possible).
