Civil Engineer Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Client Management: Lead and manage project design and client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery.
2. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team to meet project goals and deadlines effectively.
3. Project Design: Oversee or perform the design for land development projects.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure smooth communication and progress.
5. Additional Duties: Take on any additional related responsibilities as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
2. Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
3. Experience: 6-10+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
5. Project Management: Experience managing all aspects of land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
6. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
