We are looking for a Chief Operational Partner who will contribute to the development of operational processes in our company and for our clients. If you have experience in managing business operations, a strong strategic mindset, and a passion for implementing innovative solutions, we want you on our team!

What you will do

1. Oversee the implementation of the Grade system in partner and client companies.
2. Develop strategies to optimize operational processes.
3. Collaborate with partners to identify new opportunities for cooperation.
4. Analyze client processes and propose effective solutions.
5. Help build strong partnerships with key clients.

1. Experience in managing operational processes or consulting.
2. Deep understanding of business processes and modern automation technologies.
3. High-level communication and organizational skills.
4. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to solve complex challenges.
5. Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage.
