  4. Effectiveness: combined with intelligence, imagination and knowledge leads to results.

Our success is deeply tied to the growth and satisfaction of our partner network, and as we expand across Spain, Portugal, France, and beyond, we are seeking an innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across regions and segments.

Position Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives partner acquisition, and supports partner-led growth. This role will lead the marketing team in creating and delivering go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and programs that drive demand, enhance partner enablement, and support our revenue goals across markets and partner segments. The CMO will work closely with Revenue, Sales, Partner Success, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy and Leadership:
    - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives across key markets (Spain, Portugal, France, and future expansions) and partner segments and sizes.
    - Lead the marketing team in designing campaigns that attract new partners, enable existing partners, and drive brand awareness across all target regions.
    - Establish a clear brand identity and messaging framework that resonates with partners, end clients, and stakeholders across markets.
  2. Demand Generation and Partner Marketing:
    - Oversee the creation of demand generation programs and digital marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert new partners and drive partner-led sales.
    - Design and execute co-marketing programs with partners to drive end-client acquisition, including joint campaigns, webinars, events, and content marketing.
    - Develop and manage marketing funnels, optimizing conversion at each stage from lead generation to partner activation and growth.
  3. Content and Product Marketing:
    - Lead the content marketing strategy to create high-quality, engaging materials that communicate our value proposition to partners and their clients, including case studies, whitepapers, videos, and blog posts.
    - Collaborate with the Product team to develop product marketing materials, including messaging, collateral, and training materials that support partner education, enablement, and success.
    - Launch and promote new products or features in partnership with Product and Sales teams, ensuring partners are equipped to understand, promote, and sell new offerings.
  4. Partner Enablement and Collaboration with Partner Success:
    - Work closely with the Partner Success team to develop enablement programs that support partner onboarding, training, and long-term growth.
    - Create a suite of tools, resources, and marketing collateral that partners can use to effectively market our services to their end clients.
    - Collect and incorporate partner feedback to continually refine enablement strategies, ensuring that marketing materials and campaigns resonate with partners’ business needs.
  5. Data-Driven Marketing Operations and ROI Analysis:
    - Implement marketing analytics tools and processes to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, campaign ROI, partner engagement, and contribution to revenue goals.
    - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and partner performance data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.

    - Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new regional expansions and partner segments.
    - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand market dynamics and tailor marketing strategies to each new geography.
    - Support market-entry strategies with tailored messaging, local partnerships, and region-specific campaigns to drive rapid adoption and revenue growth.
  7. Team Leadership and Development:
    - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that aligns with company values and objectives.
    - Establish clear performance expectations and provide continuous development opportunities to ensure team members are well-equipped to meet the demands of a scaling organization.
