Summary
The Senior Strategy & Insights Director will contribute to the evolution of Freeman’s Strategy and Insights division through leading client growth and profitability initiatives and formulating the insight narrative to support organizational strategy and transformation roadmaps. This is primarily a consulting and advisory services role which will lead client consulting engagements for event industry executives and clients to meaningfully contribute to client growth and profitability objectives. Candidates will be responsible for understanding shifts in client industries and market conditions, and be able to derive insights from data and research– such as business performance data and event metrics, as well as event assessments, surveys, and focus groups – to guide clients in making decisions which support growth or improve performance for their events.
This role will also be responsible for supporting the development of Freeman’s proprietary strategy and insights products for corporate and member-driven organizations and event organizers. Within this role, you will collaborate across the Strategy and Insights team to identify opportunities for new strategic products and services that will drive business value for our clients and generate growth for Freeman.
This role provides an opportunity to work across a diverse team of business strategists, analysts, and researchers who are collectively designing new and compelling methodologies to serve our clients and their changing needs. You’ll work on meaningful and innovative projects that radically change the way our clients view what is possible.
This position will support our Growth team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and / or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations :
