WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Cash Nexus CS&S; Analyst, you will provide support to Global Customers in the different products offered by Cash Nexus (Global payments, global statements and reports, and online Nexus Portal), establishing a close team relationship with more than 18 geographies where we have presence and coverage with different local teams.
We need someone like you to help us in different action lines:
- On the BAU activities, solve operational issues related to the Nexus products working together with Local Teams, IT & Business (Product & Sales Teams).
- On the client service activities, manage a client portfolio focused on the Cash Nexus products, providing after-sales service to the customers with the highest standards of quality and reinforcing our relationship by being the single point of contact globally. Full exposure to multinational clients with deep technical & operational knowledge.
- On the continuous improvement arena, analyze processes, identify weaknesses, suggest and implement process improvements.
EXPERIENCE- Experience in the Liquidity and Payments area, preferably in a relevant bank or financial institution.
- XML file analysis & connectivity knowledge is appreciated. Knowledge in financial industry trends and initiatives.
- Continuous process improvement analysis.
- Experience working with Excel, BBDD, and VBA. Valuable Python & Power BI knowledge.
- RPA knowledge is appreciated.
- Project Management or participation experience (Reporting).
EDUCATION- Degree in Economics, ADE, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Strong interpersonal relationship skills. Customer-centric & communication skills.
- Teamwork and proactive skills.
- Analytical capabilities and control-oriented.
- Business and Corporate analytics skills would be appreciated.
- Fluent in English.
- High level in Excel and VBA.
- Strong knowledge in BBDD management.
