Overview of the role

As a Campaign Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing campaigns that drive brand awareness, subscriber acquisition, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, and customer service teams to achieve the best results.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning – Develop campaign plans for advertising, content promotion, and subscriber acquisition, often in collaboration with sales, marketing, and editorial teams.
  • Budget Management – Manage campaign budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Media Buying Coordination – Purchase and manage advertising space in both owned and external media channels (such as social media and Google Ads).
  • Content Marketing – Work with editorial and creative teams to develop promotional content, such as articles, videos, podcasts, and social media content.
  • Analysis & Optimization – Monitor campaign performance (using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM systems) and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with advertisers, media partners, and internal teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Innovation & Trendwatching – Stay up to date with new developments in media, technology, and consumer behavior to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Customer Service & Client Focus – Manage customer interactions directly, analyze feedback, and translate insights into campaign improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can effectively measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • You are both creative and strategic, with a talent for crafting impactful campaigns.
  • You have experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • You are an excellent communicator and can easily coordinate between different teams.
