Job Description:

The Cainiao Transportation Network Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and managing transportation operations in accordance with operational procedures, aligning with Cainiao's partners, ensuring service levels, providing timely resolution to issues, and making real-time decisions. The role involves constant improvement of processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain constant communication and build strong relations with Cainiao's partners (carriers, suppliers, and others) and other departments to guarantee the running of operations according to pre-established SLAs and to solve bottlenecks in the transportation network;
2. Pull data from different databases to develop logistics operations KPIs using BI systems and tools;
3. Monitor potential operational disruptions in management systems, such as TMS;
4. Monitor volumes and align maintenance of network coverage stability, handling major emergencies;
5. Ensure network capacity is in line with demand and volume forecasts, in alignment with other departments;
6. Manage and monitor several KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, quickly identifying trends and business impacts to make necessary adjustments and proactively solve issues;
7. Establish a routine for mapped action plans and cause-and-effect problem-solving;
8. Escalate problems or variances in the network and data to the process owner and other departments to ensure timely resolutions;
9. Build mechanisms that guarantee the quickest solutions to customer return problems.
