Job Position: Cable EPC Sales Manager

Due to our expanding European operations, we are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Managers to join our team and drive growth in the Power and Submarine Cable division.

Position Overview:
We are looking for three Sales Managers to head up, grow, and be responsible for achieving new sales for our Power and Submarine Cable division in their respective regions of Spain, Portugal, and Romania. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in gaining approvals for Hengtong's products across all utilities, controlling all utility tenders, and managing HV and EHV cable projects, including potential EPC projects. Additionally, they will be involved in R&D activities for cable accessories tailored to the Romanian market in collaboration with a Hengtong company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gain approvals for Hengtong’s products across all utilities in the designated region.
2. Control all utility tenders and ensure timely submission of bids.
3. Manage HV and EHV cable projects, including potential EPC projects.
4. Collaborate on R&D for cable accessories specifically for the Romanian market.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the utility and engineering sectors.
6. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
7. Work autonomously with attention to detail and genuine care for the quality of work delivered.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a focus on the power and submarine cable industry, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in the specified region (Spain, Portugal, or Romania).
2. A good understanding of the local utility market and established contacts within the sector.
3. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Attention to detail with a genuine care and pride for the work performed.
5. Experience with MV and HV cable accessories is beneficial.
6. Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes is a plus.
7. Familiarity with the engineering and turnkey supply chain would be advantageous.
8. Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus but not required.

Home-based office setup with the flexibility to travel occasionally as needed.
