Job Description:

An opportunity for a C295 Mission System Instructor & Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Task & accountabilities:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the delivery of the Mission Systems training courses in accordance with the requirements defined by the Program Directive.
• Manage the Mission Training Development specific in accordance with the requirements defined by the Program Directive.
• Act as Mission Systems expert on field for all the activities required from this domain (flights, documents validation, courses development, etc).
• Support transversal units (CBT & Training Media and Ops doc & support) in the validation of the Mission System Documentation.
• Act as Mission System Expert for other areas in Airbus.

This role will involve high availability to travel in order to provide Ground & Flight Training or to provide support to the customer locally.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Educated in Military degree and diploma as Mission Systems Operator.
• Engineering degree will be a plus.
• Experience in:

- CN-235 / C-295 MSA Mission Systems Operations Experience

- CN-235 / C-295 MSA Aircraft Operational Experience (more than 1200 Flight Hours)

- CN-235 / C-295 MSA Mission Systems Ground and Flight Instructor Experience

- CN-235/C-295 MSA Missions preparation, briefing and debriefing.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
• German or French would be an asset.
