Business Services Procurement Assistant Manager - EU

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE
Are you passionate about managing end-to-end portfolio, gaining wide procurement experience for business services, driving business with direct contribution? Then this role is tailored for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Sourcing: Understand the business needs related to functional areas of spend in Workforce Management, HR, and Outsourcing. Develop and implement procurement strategies for respective sub-portfolios within business services.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with Global suppliers and vendors for business services. Lead internal performance management and reporting.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.
  • Budget Management: Oversee business services budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial plans.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Senior management, HR, finance, and other internal teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
