Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Manager to support our CEO in daily business operations. The profile that we are looking for will act as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring that all business functions, processes, and company structures are aligned with the group’s overarching goals. The role involves a combination of strategic planning, process optimization, financial oversight, compliance management, and cross-company coordination to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
This role is based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, and requires on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to support business growth across all companies in the group.
- Manage the formation of new companies within the group.
- Define scalable operational models that enhance efficiency and business agility in a rapidly evolving market.
Process Optimization
- Design and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency in internal accounting and administration execution.
- Analyze and standardize core business processes to ensure consistency and repeatability across different entities.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to continuously improve operations, reduce friction, and enhance productivity.
Financial Oversight
- Establish financial governance frameworks to ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control and proper governance over external advisors and their services (laboural, financial, legal etc.).
- Work with finance teams to streamline financial operations, reducing waste and optimizing spending.
Cross-Company Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination between different entities, ensuring smooth inter-company collaboration.
- Define clear governance structures to enhance accountability and decision-making across business units.
- Align HR, finance, and legal teams across companies to ensure uniformity in policies and business practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, other Engineering or similar.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Experience in tech or software development is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in office management tools (e.g. Google Workspace)
- Accurate usage of AI tools such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, generative AI tools, etc.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English

junior: 28K-32K
mid: 32-46K
senior: 46-60K
