As we expand across Europe, we are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a proven network across Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Digital Transformation leads, and Patient Engagement teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies across Spain and Italy.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, and Digital Engagement leaders within pharmaceutical companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that align with client needs and market trends.
- Present platform solutions and demonstrate how our technology enhances patient engagement, real-world data collection, and brand performance.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare technology trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitor activity.
What We're Looking For :
- Proven track record in Digital Health, or Healthcare Technology sales.
- Experience selling into Pharmaceutical companies, ideally with an existing network of Brand Managers and Marketing Managers.
- Strong understanding of patient engagement solutions, digital platforms, or healthcare apps.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely across multiple markets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about driving innovation in healthcare.
