As we expand across Europe, we are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a proven network across Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Digital Transformation leads, and Patient Engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies across Spain and Italy.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, and Digital Engagement leaders within pharmaceutical companies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that align with client needs and market trends.
  4. Present platform solutions and demonstrate how our technology enhances patient engagement, real-world data collection, and brand performance.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  6. Stay up-to-date with healthcare technology trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For :

  1. Proven track record in Digital Health, or Healthcare Technology sales.
  2. Experience selling into Pharmaceutical companies, ideally with an existing network of Brand Managers and Marketing Managers.
  3. Strong understanding of patient engagement solutions, digital platforms, or healthcare apps.
  4. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely across multiple markets.
  5. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Passionate about driving innovation in healthcare.
