About this job:

Drive penetration of veSync products in the local market by expanding and managing regional channel partners in Germany, achieving annual channel sales growth, and building a sustainable channel ecosystem. Optimize the inventory turnover rate of channel partners, identify and manage risks such as exchange rate fluctuations and payment collection cycles, and ensure the healthy operation of channel sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve channel sales targets.
  • Responsible for local channel market insight in Germany; formulate and execute the channel expansion plan and be directly responsible for regional revenue and sales targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the entire process from business opportunity mining, technical solution adaptation to order delivery.
  • Construct and maintain channel ecology; formulate localized channel cooperation strategies and establish a healthy and sustainable channel sales network.
  • Maintain channel order, deal with channel conflicts, and ensure the healthy development of the ecosystem.
  • Resource integration and marketing support; coordinate the company's internal and external resources (technology, marketing, training, etc.), support channel partners in marketing activities, and promote the realization of business goals.
  • Plan and execute localized co-marketing plans to increase the market penetration of veSync products.
  • Identify and manage risks, monitoring exchange rate fluctuations, inventory overstock, market collusion, payment delays, and other risks; formulate response strategies. Ensure channel sales compliance, maintain the company's brand and financial security.

Requirements:

  • About 5 years of B2B channel sales experience; familiarity with the local channel ecology in Germany; experience in IoT/consumer electronics/smart home industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (business level) and able to communicate across cultures.
  • Market insight: Ability to quickly analyze industry trends and develop targeted strategies.
  • Resource integration ability: Good at coordinating multiple resources to solve complex problems.
  • Risk management and control awareness: Sensitive to data, with basic knowledge of finance and legal affairs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship maintenance skills.
