We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join a specialized training program aimed at developing talent and expertise in trade finance and working capital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to complex financial environments. The role involves working in an international team, supporting decision-making processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your main tasks will be:

  1. Participate in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
  2. Support the product owner with decision-making, acting as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders.
  3. Analyze and translate business needs into user stories and process flows.
  4. Manage backlogs and define product requirements.
  5. Anticipate business process needs and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure solutions align with business requirements.
  7. Maintain product functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
  8. Support testing activities, including scenario creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting results.
  9. Learn and deepen knowledge of trade finance solutions and their technical aspects.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams proactively, focusing on teamwork and communication.
  11. Work in an international environment, using English as the primary language.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge and/or experience in financial services projects.
  2. Strong understanding of trade finance concepts and products (e.g., supply chain finance, distribution, payments, accounting, regulatory reporting, risk management, etc.).
  3. Basic knowledge of SQL, API testing, and BDD methodologies.
  4. Experience defining test cases and managing UAT processes.
  5. Understanding of project management, stakeholder management, and change management procedures.
  6. Fluent in English (B2/C1 level); knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Technical Skills & Tools:

  1. Agile methodologies & tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  2. Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Nexus, Sonar.
  3. Experience with testing frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  2. Experience in business analysis, project management, or financial sector roles.
  3. Successful completion of the training and selection process.
