Business Analyst / Support

Corus is looking for a Business Analyst / Support to join our team and participate in international projects.
Location : Remote from Spain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the main product owners of Survey Management Tool, Videoconference Product and wallet cards.
- Assist with the configuration of new customers (business units).
- Provide L2 support activities for the mentioned products.
- Help with analytics and tracking the performance of the products.
- Generate reports and insights to drive product improvements.
- Support our business units with technical matters such as APIs and cloud approvals.
- Conduct recurrent technical assessments to ensure product quality and performance.
- Collaborate with business units to enhance their digital marketing strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Marketing, Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Some experience working in the digital sector, preferably in marketing.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, online marketing, websites, apps, and SaaS.
- Proficient with analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Preferable technical background with experience in IT-related tasks.
