The Challenge
Wallapop is looking for a Business Analyst to serve a critical role as part of our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will have impact by using data to identify opportunities that help our Professional Selling Business to meet client acquisition and retention goals. In this role, you will work closely with other cross-functional stakeholders to provide commercial insights to accelerate the growth of our SMB & Corporate subscriber base across the different verticals.
What You Will Do
- Conduct analysis to identify commercial pockets of opportunity and levers for driving subscriber and revenue acquisition.
- Develop a deep understanding of subscriber retention drivers to help the account management team to keep churn under control.
- Build your own dashboards and analytical solutions to enable recurrent business performance monitoring and insights sharing.
- Support budgeting and goal setting processes with analysis and reporting to incentivize the right behaviors.
- Partner with other data stakeholders to implement required data models and assure data availability & accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated problem-solving ability to provide practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
- Spreadsheet expert (Excel or Google Sheets) with ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis.
- Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (e.g. Looker or Tableau).
- Highly organized, and with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a business or engineering related field.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Do note that all our jobs are Barcelona based. We work in a mostly remote capacity offering great flexibility to our employees, but we believe in the power of getting together regularly in our office. As a first iteration, we expect a 4+ day/month office attendance for which the specifics are decided on a team level.

The Hiring Process

- Intro Call - run by talent acquisition. It will take 30-45 minutes and will focus on giving you more information about the role and the company as well as going over your experience and expectations.
