Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and eager Functional Analyst to join our team, to participate in an innovative project related to the insurance business and in particular to Life Insurance.

The ideal candidate will have a high knowledge of the business processes involved in Insurance management systems and a proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can bring value to the project.

Responsibilities:

1. Hold meetings with users.
2. Analyse and document user requirements.
3. Propose functional solutions to these requirements and elaborate functional documentation.
4. Support the development and business teams to ensure the correct implementation of the solutions.
5. Perform functional and integration tests to ensure product quality.
6. Provide support and training to end users.
7. Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Business Analyst in life insurance projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of the business, processes and regulations of the insurance industry.
3. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
