About the Role :

As a Business Analyst at Codere Online, you will play a critical role ensuring that business requirements provided by the business stakeholders are clearly translated and documented into high quality documents to facilitate the system build process.

The Business Analyst for a gaming website company plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This individual is responsible for gathering requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the website's features and functionalities meet user expectations and align with the company's business goals always with the market regulation in mind.

Responsibilities include :

• Defining and detailing the overall requirements from the business.
• Working closely with the Product management team to understand key requirement drivers and support elaboration of these into an agreed design approach.
• Organising and running the requirements and solution agreement process.
• Breaking down requirements to deliverables that are easy to understand for developers.
• Delivering clear, concise and accurate user stories detailing customer or user interactions, data flow (and origin), and system interactions to support development.
• Defining detailed requirements and deliverables (textually and with process flows).
• Reviewing requirements and deliverables with stakeholders and the development team.
• Communicating requirements and deliverables to the team and clarifying if necessary during development.
• Supporting the testing team by providing scenarios, data examples, and clarifications as necessary.
• Working with QA Test team members to guide and validate test cases and test results for the products’ intended functionality and performance.

Your Qualifications :

• Proven working experience writing requirements and user stories for software development.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• High level of written and spoken English is required as 90% of the meetings, emails, and documents are in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira / DevOps or similar, Teams.
• Strong understanding of the Gaming industry is preferred.
