What will you do?

1. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal condition.
2. Check the proper functioning of installations (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.).
3. Identify potential issues and coordinate their resolution with the maintenance teams.
4. Report incidents and follow up to ensure effective solutions.
5. Manage communication with property owners and service providers to coordinate services.

What are we looking for?

1. Experience in maintenance, property management.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
3. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proactive, flexible, and customer-oriented attitude.
5. Driver's license (mandatory).
6. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning.
7. Willingness to grow within our company.
