Job Mission

As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale. He/she achieves sales targets and proactively develops his/her client portfolio. He/she also participates in the daily boutique operations.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Perfectly masters the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)
  2. Adapts according to clients’ needs and motivations
  3. Strives to always improve and surprise the clients
  4. Deals with ease during negotiations and objections
  5. Transmits the passion and values of the Maison
  6. Acts as the privileged contact for the client(s) in the case of Care Service
  7. Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
  8. Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
  9. Efficiently develops the client portfolio
  10. Executes targeted CRM actions
  11. Participates in client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison
  12. Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies and procedures
  13. Participates in the set up and breakdowns at the opening and closing of the boutique
  14. Participates in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
  15. Assists with special projects when requested

Job Profile

  1. You have previous experience in Fine Jewelry/Watches
  2. You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish, any other language is a plus
  3. You have excellent interpersonal competence in order to develop a network of loyal clients
  4. You are meticulous, organized, and highly client focused
  5. You take ownership and demonstrate a sense of responsibility and commitment
  6. You are a team player and demonstrate a collaborative spirit and willingness to support team goals
  7. You are growth-oriented and embrace learning and development opportunities
