More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Consumer KAM in Iberia with Signify. Working in an environment of highly talented and expert colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop projects related to building, maintaining, and improving partnerships with national retail accounts, developing a thorough understanding of their business and how Signify can best leverage and support them.


  1. Initiating and coordinating efforts within national retail accounts in order to maximize commercial results and long-term sustainable relationships.
  2. Identifying new growth opportunities within the Smart Home and non-connected consumer arena, and defining and driving action programs.
  3. Creating account plans and defining commercial strategies based on budget targets.
  4. Building forecasts based on sales results and connected home market analysis, and making proposals for improvement.

More about you
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:


  1. A Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. A strong understanding of the Iberia consumer commercial market (Spanish one at least).
  3. An understanding of the Internet of Things, Smart Home consumer products and the market. Lighting Market knowledge will be appreciated.
  4. Specific experience working in the Food, Hipermarket and DIY chain would be highly valued (e.g., Auchan, Carrefour, etc.).
  5. Professional experience developing thriving, long-term relationships within the Spanish and/or Portuguese retail/channel model.
  6. The ability to perform with skilled precision and impact; strong analytical skills and the ability to translate learning into real-world strategies.
  7. Disruptive, creative ideas that challenge the norm and create success in both emerging and mature markets where change must be led.
  8. A positive and professional team-player attitude, along with self-motivation and an inherent desire to achieve clearly defined goals.
