Our client, an international Venture Capital firm with a global investment mandate, is currently looking for a Bilingual Head of HR who will work alongside an international remote team. This position will be undertaken on a part-time and flexible basis.

It is essential that the candidate is completely bilingual in English as this role involves constant contact with international individuals. Candidates must also have previous experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR role, ideally in an international VC/fast growth/start-up environment. A solid grasp of standard Tech and relevant applications (Mac, Familiarity with modern tech tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, HRIS, ATS platforms) is a prerequisite. Experience working across geographically dispersed teams will be viewed favourably.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, responsible, reliable, and have an open-minded, “can do” attitude. They will be able to make clear decisions - working independently with minimal direction. They will enjoy taking full ownership of HR functions and delivering results for this ambitious team.
Location: Remote (Spain / Portugal / France preference)
Timetable: Part time (25 hours), flexible to work across global time zones and with varying workloads.
Incorporation: Q2 2025
Travel: International travel required at least once per year.
