Job Description

We are looking for a person who is responsible for handling customers’ queries, by performing different tasks such as replying to emails, handling tickets or answering phone calls. This person must be highly organized and be able to work well under pressure, have a problem-solving mindset and always put the customer first. You will work together with the Product, Sales and Marketing team. Although we offer flexible hours and remote work, this position is for our office in Madrid, so you will be asked to attend different face-to-face meetings each month.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customers’ calls and emails, meet SLAs and respond promptly
  2. Manage multiple channels of communication and ensure all client queries are handled correctly
  3. Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize Influencity based on their business needs
  4. Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty over the mid and long-term
  5. Assist the sales team with other operational tasks such as lead and/or content generation
  6. Gather feedback from customers and share it with the team to help improve the product

The Skillset

  1. 1 year experience in client-facing roles
  2. Native English or bilingual English-Spanish
  3. Experience in social media or advertising ideally
  4. Experience with Customer Success tools like Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc., is a plus

  4. Effective organizational skills focused on the moment
