We are looking for a Bar Manager with a passion for high-end hospitality and advanced mixology to lead the beverage operations in a luxury setting featuring five unique gastronomic spaces: Amù Beach Club, Garden Bar, Lobby Bar, and Pool Bar. This role requires both a creative vision and strong operational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all hotel bars and beverage outlets.
- Implement and maintain an innovative cocktail menu aligned with the latest international trends, including sustainable and signature options.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of bartenders, ensuring impeccable service at all times.
- Guarantee an outstanding guest experience, in line with 5-star luxury hotel standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and the events team to design pairings and exclusive proposals for banquets and private experiences.
- Control beverage inventories and costs, applying sound management practices.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, HACCP, and quality standards.
- Actively participate in the hotel's and beach club's positioning strategy as a premium cocktail destination in the area.
- Coordinate with marketing to promote activations, pop-ups, and collaborations with beverage brands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in 5-star hotels, beach clubs, or high-end restaurants.
- Education in hospitality, beverage management, or advanced mixology.
- Extensive knowledge of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails.
- Strong command of beverage cost control and recipe standardization.
- High level of English; additional languages such as French, German, Arabic, or Russian are a plus.
- Proactive mindset, results-oriented approach, and strong team leadership.
