The Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be in charge of clarifying the customers’ requests via chat. It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Ideal Profile
- You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Need bachelor, MBO3, MBO4 at least.
- You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office applications).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations).
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
