We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant to work for an important company in Valencia.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Quality and will be responsible for ensuring that all client documentation complies with quality standards.

We offer real possibilities of transitioning to a permanent contract, an annual salary of € and a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 8 AM to 3 PM on Fridays.

Requirements :

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or Microbiology.
  • Intermediate English (at least B1).
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Food, Pharma, Chemical, Colour, or Flavour industry, with experience in the QA department.
  • Experience with colours and other ingredients, as well as analysis using tools like UV Spectrometers, will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with PCs, email, and basic office tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail.

We offer :

  • Initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with real possibilities of transitioning to a permanent position.
  • Schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 8 AM to 3 PM on Fridays.
  • Annual salary between € and €, depending on your knowledge and previous experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Completing questionnaires requested by clients.
  • Preparing product-related certificates (origin, shelf life, ingredients, flow charts, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain QA documents for customers.
  • Support the deployment and monitoring of QA systems at the site.
  • Assist in managing internal and external audits.
  • Provide assistance with regulatory compliance and related issues.
  • Support external analysis control through effective analysis plan management.
  • Liaise with regulatory and certification bodies as needed.
  • Verifying analyses of contaminants, surfaces, and water conducted in the plant.
  • Performing monthly warehouse inspections.
  • Managing and sending documents requested by the sales team and providing technical information about products.
  • Developing analysis methods for marketed products.
  • Providing regulatory support using specialized databases (e.g., Food Additive Database).
