JC Maintenance is currently recruiting for a B1 Certifier to be based in Santiago de Compostela Airport, Spain. The successful candidate will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair.

At the facility in Santiago de Compostela (Spain), we are responsible for conducting extensive line maintenance checks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-800. We have an exciting opportunity for B1 Aircraft Engineers to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Carrying out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision
2. Maintaining a high standard of work in all tasks
3. Completing the appropriate documentation
4. Complying with all company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE
5. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
6. Ensuring the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
7. Supervising Mechanics within a team
8. Any other duties as assigned by management/supervisor
9. Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 is highly desirable
10. Experience in all zones on the aircraft
11. Willingness to work shifts (including nights)

Requirements

1. Must be an EASA Part 66 qualified B1 License holder with 737NG Type Course endorsed.
2. 2 – 3 years certifying experience, preferably line maintenance based
3. Excellent spoken and written English is essential
4. Previous experience supervising/managing a team
