JC Maintenance is currently recruiting for a B1 Certifier to be based in Girona Airport, Spain. The successful candidate will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair.

At the facility in Ibiza (Spain), we are responsible for conducting extensive line maintenance checks on Ryanair’s fleet of Boeing 737-800 and Airbus 320 aircraft. We have an exciting opportunity for B1 Aircraft Engineers to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision
• Maintaining a high standard of work in all tasks
• Completing the appropriate documentation
• Complying with all company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
• Ensuring adherence to the company Health and Safety policy
• Supervising Mechanics within a team
• Performing any other duties assigned by management/supervisor
• Having previous maintenance experience on B737-800 is highly desirable
• Being experienced in all zones on the aircraft
• Willingness to work shifts (including nights)

Requirements

• Must be an EASA Part 66 qualified B1 License holder with 737NG Type Course endorsed.
• 2 – 3 years certifying experience, preferably line maintenance based
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Previous experience supervising/managing a team
