Autonomous Maintenance Production Analyst - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

Main responsibilities:

• Review current activities, add new ones according with Maintenance team, create a standard documentation and production operators training to assure capabilities.
• Change over and adjustments: Create a standard documentation, activities balance, time definition and operators training.
• Collaborate with Maintenance team to establish a standard process in the main maintenance activities in packaging lines.
• Activities will be in Packaging lines (solids).

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in maintenance or production activities would be a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Basic knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and systems will be a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming technical hurdles.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work harmoniously in multicultural environments.
• Willing and ready to achieve goals by applying agile ways of working.
• Good relationship with people, analytical, didactic, good listener, incisive, ambitious, dynamic.
• Capacity for initiative and autonomy.

• Effective communication in English & Spanish, both written and verbal, for international collaboration.
