Auto Sales Officer (ROPA)

Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas in the role of Auto Sales Officer (ROPA).

The role involves the efficient disposal of ROPA (Real and Other Properties Acquired) vehicles by managing sales channels effectively. This includes overseeing the entire process of selling these properties to optimize results. Additionally, the position entails providing general assistance to consumer loan clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Overall, the role requires a combination of effective sales management for ROPA vehicles and providing support to consumer loan clients.

What the role will entail

1. Manage the disposal of ROPA (Real and Other Properties Acquired) vehicles by overseeing sales channels with effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Offer general assistance to consumer loan clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and providing support as necessary.

What we're looking for

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Possess knowledge or experience in auto loans, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
3. Background expertise in Sales and Marketing, Business and Industry Knowledge, Project / Program Management, Product Management, Business Development, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Business Strategy Formulation, Budget Management, Data Analysis, Numeracy, Planning, and Forecasting is essential for this role.
4. Must be willing to do field work and report on site.
