C.H. Robinson is seeking a driven Associate Regional Operations Training & Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Europe!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collaborate with and support the Regional Manager Operations Training and Support and Global Training Team to deploy training solutions that support the delivery of a world-class Global Operations Training Program.
- Host training sessions for operations employees following uniform standard processes, efficient practices, and compliant industry standards.
- Adhere to a consistent training strategy across the region.
- Interface with operations staff, Compliance, Product Teams, Technology, and other GF Corporate teams as needed.
- Coach and train desk-level staff as needed.
- Work with the Business Process Optimization Team, Compliance Team, and Technology Team to support technology and operations process changes.
- Support designing process and technology solutions.
- Follow testing requirements related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deploy training and communication strategy related to change initiatives.
- Deliver Global Forwarding related web-based learning, instructor-led courses, workshops, and other various Global Forwarding trainings utilizing our organization’s LMS.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of Global Forwarding Operations experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Strong product knowledge in at least one mode.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel.
Preferred:
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to collaborate and align across functional and geographical boundaries to achieve results by following established policies, procedures, and specific, detailed instructions.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation, presentation, coaching, and training skills.
- Able to actively listen to and consider others' views by asking questions and checking for understanding.
- Can understand and simplify complex processes to train and document accordingly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and productive.
- Able to multi-task and keep stakeholders informed.
- Should be a self-starter and work independently following established policies, procedures, and specific, detailed instructions.
- Experience processing shipments in the Navisphere environment.
