Associate Engineer

About the Role

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll collaborate with experienced Senior Consultants to deliver impactful solutions that address client needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to innovative projects.

1. Partner with Senior Consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver customized software solutions.
2. Contribute to the design and development of applications, focusing on either Front End, Back End, or Full Stack solutions.
3. Ability to understand analysis / requirements and build / update a map to successfully deliver the appropriate implementation.
4. Ability to manage time and tasks effectively while meeting project deadlines.

1. 2–3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end technologies.
2. Solid proficiency in Java development and Git.
3. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, AMQ, GitOps, Kafka, OpenShift, and Ansible is a plus.
4. Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
8. Passion for working in a service-oriented environment and addressing customer needs.
9. Ability to manage time, tasks, and deadlines independently.

The role is fully remote and requires excellent English communication skills. The interview will be conducted in English, and day-to-day tasks and interactions will be with English-speaking colleagues, so a high level of fluency is essential.
