We are looking for an IT professional with a strong interest in Identity Security. You will work in a global cross-functional team setup and have the opportunity to contribute to different key IT projects at Roche.

Job facts

You will contribute to the Identity and Access Management Products and Services Product Line and work in a virtual team with colleagues distributed around the globe, with a variety of backgrounds and expertise within the Identity and Access Management solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with the implementation and management of identity and access management solutions.
2. Perform security assessments and identify potential improvements.
3. Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security identity requirements and develop roadmap plans.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest security tools and techniques and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Stay aware of operational challenges and opportunities; work with support teams to provide internal escalation support as needed.
7. Ensure solutions and components implemented comply with Quality / Regulatory standards, as applicable.
8. Help design, build, test, and implement (first-time deployments) integrated, resilient, and reliable solutions.
9. Evaluate new promising Identity solutions and their feasibility in meeting Roche’s business needs.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is valued.
3. Knowledge in Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies is a plus/advantage.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills.
