1. You will be responsible for day-to-day Prime Video Compliance Trust & Safety Operations through content moderation, classification and data labelling activities.
2. Work cross-functionally you will be responsible for reviewing content to ensure it adheres to established content guidelines.
3. You will review Prime Video content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content.
4. You will be on the front lines, handling and reviewing sensitive material to protect the platform and keep users safe.
5. You will gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall Prime Video user experience.
6. You will research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, along with participating in content calibrations.

This role involves reading, viewing, listening to and examining content to ensure it complies with guidelines. This of course means sometimes you will be viewing content that we ultimately determine to be non-compliant and this content could include challenging or upsetting scenes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience in data-driven business operations process experience.
• Proficiency in English and 1 of the following Nordic languages: Norwegian/Swedish/Danish.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
• Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with passion for international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation etc.
• Experience working with global teams.
