Our carefully curated wine selection and cozy, vibrant atmosphere make us a favorite for both locals and tourists. Operating from April to October, we are proud to be a cornerstone of Mallorca’s culinary scene.

Your Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of La Bodega. From leading the team to enhancing the guest experience, you will support the General Manager in driving excellence across all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
2. Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
3. Maintain high standards of service and ensure guest satisfaction.
4. Assist in creating and updating the wine menu.
5. Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and any complaints professionally.
6. Monitor inventory and manage supplies effectively.

What We’re Looking For

1. At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in hospitality.
2. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
3. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations; wine knowledge is a plus.
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. EU work permit is mandatory.
