We are looking for a Store Manager Assistant with a strong interest in the fashion industry, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth processes and contributing to the store’s success.

YOUR CHALLENGE
As a vital member of the ALOHAS retail team, you will help translate our philosophy into unforgettable in-store experiences. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support operational and customer-focused tasks, contributing to the store's performance and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Store Manager (SM) in achieving sales goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing improvement strategies.
- Motivate and train the team to ensure a positive work environment, excellent customer service, and professional growth.
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising (VM) and oversee efficient stock management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
- Promote ALOHAS’ sustainability mission during customer interactions and act as a role model by embodying the company’s values.
- Discover, develop, and retain talent to build a strong and capable team.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU…
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in premium fashion retail.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Can synthesize strategic and operational information for decision-making.
- Have a strategic vision and business analytics skills, with a data-driven approach to decisions.
- Are knowledgeable about CRM strategies in the premium retail sector.
- Have a deep passion for fashion and product knowledge.
- Are fluent in both Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Love working in a team, are KPI-driven, and have a customer-first mindset.
