Internship Opportunity: Iberia Account Receivable Intern

In order to support our business in Spain and Portugal, we are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Iberia Account Receivable Intern to join our FinOps team.

Your position as an intern: You want to pursue your career in finance and accounting. You love numbers and working as a team together with all internal stakeholders (finance, logistics, and sales team). You will be supporting our Account Receivable Analyst for the Spanish & Portuguese markets.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Supporting our sales ledger in Iberia.
2. Managing claims and deductions from customers, working closely with our sales and supply team to address them.
3. Making proposals on any necessary invoicing adjustments and ensuring fast and clean collections of payments.
4. Posting customer payments and checking this is in line with our bank statements.
5. Ensuring payments are received properly remitted, and in a timely manner.

Additional Information:

Internship (agreement with a school required) to be filled between now and the 1st of April 2025 for a 6-months period.

Localization: You will be based at La Frutería, our mini control tower for Spain and Portugal, located in the center of Madrid (metro Nuevos Ministerios), in the @we work coworking space, Paseo de la Castellana 77.
