Are you a visionary Field Sales Representative (FSR) (Construction/Mobility/Industry) ready to drive innovation and lead our company to new heights? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and make a significant impact.

INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Drive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in sales area.
  2. Manage and grow customer platform – enhance market penetration, exploit customer potential and systematically increase share-of-wallet.
  3. Foster Omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channels.
  4. Focus on high potential customers for individual visits; prepare, plan and post work of customer visits.
  5. Promote and focus on application-based selling.
  6. Position Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant.
  7. Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate terms & conditions, actively manage margin.
  8. Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.) and adhere to tour plan/contact scheme.
  9. Analyze and influence all sales area related KPIs – first and foremost sales/turnover across all channels.
  10. Regularly report to superior, align action plans, and ensure to deliver sales targets/budgets.

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Roll-out of pricing concepts, margin impact, positioning of brand.
  2. Plan on yearly basis and align annual operational targets and sales plans (in coordination with district manager).
  3. Support sales team (sales reps; alternative channels) to achieve performance by sharing customer insights and aligning customer priorities across channels.
  4. Work hand in hand with the team.
  5. Act as selling partner.
