Description:

1. Shaping the visual language and communications to help us engage potential players in creative & inspiring ways.
2. Hands-on production of art for all live operations, campaigns, and social.
3. Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and developers to create visually compelling and immersive experiences.
4. Establish and enforce high-quality standards, ensuring that all assets align with the game’s style and vision.
5. Provide creative direction and feedback to the team, guiding them through the production pipeline.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in the gaming industry on mobile products.
2. Experience with generating high-fidelity visual designs with UI / UX best practices.
3. Exceptional attention to detail, experience with interactive design, and a user-focused demeanor.
4. A degree in an applicable field of study or relevant work experience (Graphic Design / Visual Communications).
5. Proven experience in 3D and 2D design.
6. Excellent proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; sufficient knowledge in After Effects is an advantage.
