We are looking for a SaaS Consultant (SuccessFactors & Fieldglass).

Location : Remote - Europe

Start Date : Immediate

Duration : 9 months with a possible 3-month extension

Contract Type : Subcontracting | freelance

Language : Advanced English required

Role Description :

We are looking for a SaaS Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors and Fieldglass to collaborate with a public sector client related to the pharmaceutical and medical industry. The selected professional will be responsible for activating new functionalities, configuring modules, providing strategic consulting, and managing SAP support.

Responsibilities :

• Activate new SuccessFactors and Fieldglass functionalities, assessing impact and benefits.
• Configure and fine-tune processes in SuccessFactors (Onboarding, Time Tracking, Employee Central).
• Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors and Fieldglass with other systems.
• Manage SAP support cases to resolve issues.
• Analyze new releases and recommend improvements.
• Support the execution of updates and additional configurations.
• Ensure proper document management in OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors.

Requirements :

• Knowledge of integration and configuration management in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with OpenText xECM for SuccessFactors (desirable).
• Ability to analyze new releases and suggest optimizations.
• Experience in planning and executing updates.
• Advanced English level (mandatory).
