As Area Manager ECI Wholesale, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial success across all El Corte Inglés wholesale outlets in Spain/Portugal for Wholesale.
You will lead, train, supervise, and manage teams and resources to ensure excellence in all operational areas.
- Permanent contract (40 hours). Immediate start.
- Availability to travel. Experience in team management.
- Previous experience as an AM in Wholesale leading teams and sales outlets.

- Analyse sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Support sales team during the selling season to ensure product assortments in line with market trends and customer preferences.
- Develop sales strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales across all ECI shop in shops.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust product strategies accordingly.
- Lead training sessions on product knowledge to ensure team members are well-equipped to assist customers and drive sales.
Customer Experience:- Lead and support the team in developing clienteling techniques to enhance the customer database.
- Monitor transactions, manage complaint procedures, and oversee returns efficiently.
Retail Partnership and Floor Management Collaboration:- Establish and foster collaborative relationships with El Corte Inglés floor managers to ensure mutual understanding and support of business objectives.
- Engage in regular communication and meetings with El Corte Inglés floor managers to align strategies, share insights, and address any operational challenges.
- Work closely with El Corte Inglés floor management to ensure product presentation and customer service standards are consistently met.
- Acting as a liaison between HUGO BOSS and El Corte Inglés to ensure brand representation and strategic goals are achieved.
Procedures and Systems:- Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies, including health and safety, operations manual, and uniform standards.
- Leverage equipment and the latest technologies for optimal performance.
Your profile:- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of setting, achieving, and surpassing objectives (3-5 years).
- Strong leadership skills with experience in motivating and training teams through active engagement.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet business demands.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Passion for and knowledge of the HUGO BOSS brand.
- Fluency in English is advantageous (spoken and written), with a proficiency level of C1 Advanced.
