Systems & Applications Design is an interdisciplinary field of engineering that works with cross functional teams of other engineers, customers, supply chain and project leadership to ensure robust and high quality product development. The Staff Engineer, Systems / Applications designs, integrates, and manages complex systems over their life cycles. They are engineering leads engaged in issues such as requirements engineering, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, testing and evaluation, maintainability and many other disciplines necessary for successful system design, development, implementation, and ultimate decommission.
Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Include:
As a Technical Lead, you will spearhead the design and development of electronic products, ensuring the verification of new products and systems. This involves understanding fundamental product requirements, participating in system architecture, ensuring technical viability and efficiency, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will help grow our teams. You’ll drive development opportunities for the different technical teams and facilitate seamless communication between engineering disciplines all while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards for the next generation of products across different markets and throughout the whole development process.
What Do We Expect from You?
What Are We Looking For?
A person with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in product development oriented to manufacturing with a whole product sensibility. Educational Background: University degree in a relevant engineering discipline: Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. A strong background in mechanical design, complemented by knowledge in electronic architecture, design quality, and software integration. Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding mentoring and coaching skills to elevate our development engineers. Positive and can-do attitude. Full proficiency in English, both written and oral.
