Objective:
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He or she will handle incoming enquiries by telephone, email, or chat, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international customers' emails and live chat enquiries regarding pre-sales and after-sales service;
- Identify and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently;
- Liaise with Logistics, After Sales Service, and global boutiques on a daily basis;
- Follow up on offline store enquiries and complaints;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies;
- Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service/luxury retail;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Native French and fluent English; any other language is a bonus;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong sales-oriented mindset;
- Proactive, patient, and committed;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to work rotating hours (morning, day, evening).
