EY Caribbean Professional Services's Strategy Advisory & Transactions practice is uniquely placed in Havana, Cuba to provide exceptional client service across a broad range of industries in all areas including strategy consulting, organisational transformation, and business model development, transaction services & valuation and project management. What we are looking for in a Senior Consultant:

1. Be exceptional yet humble.
2. Have 3-5 + years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm McKinsey, BCG, Bain, LEK, the Big 4, Accenture, EY, Booz Allen or Strategy&.
3. Experience working in the Aviation (Airlines/Airports) sector a big bonus.
4. Have exceptional teamwork, communication and project management skills.
5. Be able to work independently with little direct supervision or support.
6. Be passionate about living and working in the Caribbean and committed to helping us build an exceptional practice in a collaborative manner with a close-knit team.
7. Fluent level of Spanish language.
