Position Overview:

Peloton is looking to expand our Connected Planning capabilities. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience within sales & operations planning models. Specific technologies of interest include Anaplan and Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Individuals would be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions and deliverables for clients across the country.

The right candidates will possess an eagerness to partner with business leaders to develop unique and innovative solutions that result in real business results.

As an Anaplan Architect you will be responsible for:

1. Serving as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
2. Gathering and analyzing business requirements
3. Recommending roadmaps and implementation plans
4. Translating existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
5. Modifying existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
6. Developing model documentation
7. Participating in data integration and migration solutions
8. Participating and/or leading UAT testing and deployment
9. Managing a project and project team members
10. Mentoring team members in their career development
11. Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
12. Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work

Required Experience & Skills:

1. 3 - 5 years of experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect
2. 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales / strong demo capabilities
3. Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
4. Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel / Demand Forecast Modeling Skills
6. Subject matter expertise in Anaplan and modeling in Supply Chain
7. Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
8. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
9. Ability to quickly understand and decompose S&OP, business, and technical concepts
10. Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
11. Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
12. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills
14. Eagerness to mentor and develop staff
15. Ability to travel within the United States

Additional Desired Skills:

1. Demand Planning, Supply/Inventory Planning, Production Planning experience is a plus
2. Knowledge of statistical forecasting is a plus

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000-$240,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
