About the Position

At Holafly, we’re looking for a Content Marketing and Events Specialist to lead our content efforts and help us connect with B2B audiences in the travel and tourism industry. Are you passionate about creating compelling content and organizing impactful events that drive business growth? If so, we want you to be part of our journey!

Key Responsibilities

1. Content strategy: Develop a content strategy aligned with the B2B customer buyer journey.
2. Content creation: Write whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, newsletters, and social media content.
3. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of content on lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
4. SEO optimization: Apply SEO techniques to improve the visibility of content in search engines.
5. Webinar and event management: Organize online events to attract qualified leads; coordinate Holafly's participation in travel and tourism industry trade shows.
6. Collaboration with sales teams to develop specific materials such as proposals, presentations, and fact sheets.

Requirements

1. 2+ years' experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B.
2. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for technical or corporate audiences.
3. Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for content management and SEO.
4. Ability to organize online and offline events.
5. Experience in basic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Spanish and English.
