The position of Airframe/Airpower Structural Design Engineer is within the area responsible for the structural design and integration of major airframe components in the following aircraft platforms; EUROMALE, SIRTAP, FCAS, Aerostructures such as Dassault Falcon 10X Empennage, C295, Eurofighter.
Airframe Research & Technology projects for advanced highly integrated composite structures concepts in carbon fibre with thermoset and thermoplastic resins, also exploring additive manufacturing capabilities for structural optimization.
You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Airframe/Airpower Structural Design Engineer and can expect to be involved in the following:
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.
At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of an Airframe/Airpower Structural Design Engineer.
