1. Find and execute high-impact AI automation opportunities across all teams: Talent & Culture, Product Onboarding, E-commerce, Customer Service, Artwork Check, Finance, Data, Supply Chain, and more.
2. Develop powerful AI agents that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and help our people focus on what matters most.
3. Challenge the status quo; move fast, be critical, and push for disruptive innovation.
4. Stand your ground; we want someone who's super independent, demanding, and delivers constantly.
